Who is this workshop for?

  • 🤔 Are you new to breath work, or have you experienced it before?
  • 🧘‍♀️ Looking for a transformative journey within yourself?
  • 💫 Ready to explore the profound effects of conscious breathing?

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or want to explore altered states of consciousness, our workshop is a safe and welcoming space for your journey.

A Breathwork & Sound Journey

This is more than a breathwork class. It’s a full-body immersion where your breath becomes the doorway and sound becomes the current that carries you through.

Using a rhythmic, connected breathing practice, you’ll move out of the thinking mind and into the deeper wisdom of your body, where tension softens, emotions move, and clarity arrives on its own.

The journey unfolds inside a layered soundscape of curated recorded music woven with live instruments played in the room.

Because the live sound responds to the energy of the group, no two journeys are ever the same.

You’ll lie comfortably on a mat and be guided from grounding and intention, through the breath journey, into a spacious, restful integration. No experience needed.

What does it cost?

  • Organized by the Reno Psychedelic Society, these events are run on dana (donations).  After you attend the event, if you received value, please consider helping us grow.

Is This Journey Right for You?

Breathwork is powerful, so we want you to feel safe and supported. Please check with your doctor and let us know before booking if you have any of the following:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or a history of heart attack or stroke
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • An aneurysm, or recent surgery or injury
  • Severe asthma (bring your inhaler!)
  • Serious mental health conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD or panic
  • Medications for heart, blood pressure, or mental health
  • Sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or hearing aids

Often we can offer a gentler, modified breath so you can still enjoy the sound journey. And remember: you’re always in charge. You can slow down, breathe naturally, or simply rest in the sound at any time.

REMEMBER TO BRING a mat, eyemask, blanket, journal, water bottle, and pillow!
