This is an evening of heart-opening, release, and deep rest, woven together as one continuous journey.
We begin in circle with a cacao ceremony. Ceremonial cacao, long honored as a medicine of the heart, gently warms the body and softens the mind. Together we set intentions and open the space as sacred, with the option to receive sacrament.

From this open-hearted place, we move into breathwork.
Guided by a rhythmic, connected breath and held in a soundscape of curated music and live instruments, you’ll drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body, where tension can soften, emotions can move, and clarity can arrive.
The journey then melts into a sound bath. As you rest, the sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, flute, handpan, and voice wash over you, helping everything you’ve opened and released settle and integrate.
We close the way all good ceremonies end: together, with shared snacks, conversation, and a gentle return to the world.
